Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Two onsite roles are currently available for skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work alongside dedicated educators and families. These positions offer the chance to make a tangible difference for students ranging from mild to severe diagnoses.Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language PathologistExperience working within K-12 school settings strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage varied caseloads, including case management dutiesSkilled in developing and implementing IEPs and progress monitoringStrong written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative spirit and adaptability in an educational settingResponsibilities:Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students with a wide spectrum of needsPerform ongoing evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely progress documentationServe as case manager for assigned students, coordinating with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teamsContribute to IEP development, participation, and implementationProvide direct and consultative services both individually and in groupsFoster a supportive, inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and confidenceThe contract begins as soon as possible and continues through June 3, 2026, with both roles based onsite for 37.5 hours per week.
