This role helps bring products to life by assisting with research, sample tracking, supplier communication, product updates, and follow-up. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for product detail-someone who can critically assess features, materials, and specifications from the customer's point of view.The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of what makes a product high-quality, functional, and appealing to today's consumer. This person should be highly detail-oriented, with the ability to spot subtle differences in samples and ensure each product meets both brand standards and customer expectations.What You'll DoProduct Development SupportSupport products from concept through production, tracking timelines, tasks, and next stepsAssist with research, revisions, and execution across the product development lifecycleHelp source new products aligned with the team's roadmap and company growth targetsCritically assess product features, materials, and specifications from the customer's perspectiveSample & Supplier CoordinationTrack samples, changes, and revisions throughout the development processCommunicate updates and follow-ups to overseas suppliers and factoriesHelp review specs, packaging, and product details to ensure brand standards are metSpot subtle differences in samples and flag quality concerns earlyProject Tracking & DocumentationKeep trackers, documents, and project boards updated with the latest statusFollow up on open items and ensure nothing falls through the cracksSupport handoff from development to production with clear, organized documentationCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Head of Product Development and the broader PD teamCoordinate with Creative, Operations, and Sourcing teams as neededCommunicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders and external partnersWho You AreYou have 1-2+ years of experience in product development, sourcing, or a related field (eCommerce or consumer products preferred)You are highly detail-oriented and pay close attention to product quality, specs, and packagingYou are organized and can manage multiple projects, timelines, and sample tracking simultaneouslyYou are a strong communicator-clear, timely, and professional with both internal teams and external suppliersYou are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced product development environmentYou are reliable and follow through on tasks, keeping projects moving forwardYou have a genuine interest in consumer products and what makes a product stand out in the marketQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Product Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1-2+ years of experience in product development, product management, or sourcingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturers is a plusTools You'll UseMonday.com • Google Sheets • Google Drive • Microsoft Teams • SmartScout • DataDive • EmailWhy Work With UsJoin a fast-growing ecommerce company where your ideas matter and your growth is part of our mission.
