Location: St. Croix Falls, WI 54024 Pay Rate: $17.00/hourSchedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shiftsHours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMJob Type: Temporary-to-HirePosition OverviewAdecco is partnering with a manufacturing client in St. Croix Falls, WI to hire Custom Finishing Operator / Inspectors. This role is responsible for finishing products according to established procedures and ensuring all quality standards are met. Candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work in a production environment are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all finishing procedures as outlined on finishing ticketsInspect products for quality issues and report defects to the supervisor or section leaderRead and follow finishing instructions for each assigned functionComplete required paperwork accurately and track quantities producedFill out quality tickets to accompany finished shipmentsReport any equipment or maintenance concerns to leadershipPerform finishing tasks such as inspecting, cutting, folding, racking, and operating finishing equipment as trained Qualifications & SkillsAbility to read and understand work tickets and instructionsStrong attention to detail and counting skillsAbility to distinguish colors and clearly see fabric detailsComfortable using basic measuring tools such as tape measures and stitch countersTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs occasionallyAbility to pull containers weighing up to 70 lbs approximately 30 feetFrequent standing, walking, reaching, and pulling throughout the shift Additional RequirementsAbility to meet production standardsWillingness to work overtime when neededReliable attendance and punctualityCommitment to safety and teamwork Why Work with AdeccoCompetitive payConsistent schedule with long weekendsWeekly pay through AdeccoOpportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experienceSupport from a dedicated Adecco team If you're dependable, detail-focused, and looking for a stable opportunity with a strong schedule, we'd love to connect.
