As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for insurance policy management, claims, and renewals. Other responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, managing COI requests, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for policy enhancements and cross-selling. You will also liaise with carriers to negotiate tailored insurance solutions that fit clients' specific needs.QualificationsStrong client relationship management and customer service skillsKnowledge of commercial insurance products such as general liability, workers’ compensation, and cyber liabilityExperience with policy renewals, claims handling, and COI managementProficiency in communication, negotiation, and multitaskingDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skillsProficient in using CRM tools and office softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a team and independentlyPrevious experience in the insurance industry or a related field is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field is a plus
