Understand basic program commands and datum structure.\r\nPrepare inspection reports and maintain files of inspection documents.\r\nReview inspection records received for compliance.\r\nMaintain inspection and measuring equipment.\r\nPrepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for nonconforming parts.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\r\nKnowledge\r\nCMM Programming skills in a variety of programming languages, such as PCDMIS, CALYPSO, or other programming languages.\r\nPerforming FAI's – AS9102.\r\nHand measurement tools.\r\nOther inspection devices such as 3D scanners, FARO arms.\r\nDimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.\r\nCMM Inspection process.\r\nGD&T (ASME Y14.5).\r\nBlueprint interpretation.\r\nQuality Management Systems and performance metrics.\r\nSome knowledge of Catia and CAD desired.\r\nSkills\r\nFluent English – reading and writing is required.\r\nProfessionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.\r\nStrong independent decision-making skills; excellent analytical skills and professional judgment.\r\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.\r\nProficient with Microsoft Office Products (2010 Excel basic skills required).\r\nEffective communication skills.\r\nFlexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization.\r\nAbilities\r\nEstablish and maintain effective working relationships.\r\nPass pre-hire background check including drug and MVR screening.\r\nExperience and Education\r\nEducation – High School Graduate or Equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.\r\nExperienced in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.\r\nAerospace/Manufacturing Experience – 5 to 10 years.\r\nPCDMIS experience required.\r\nLicenses, Certificates & Other Requirements\r\nUS citizenship required.\r\nFluent English – reading and writing is required.\r\nPass pre-hire background check including MVR screening.\r\nPass pre-hire drug screening.\r\nReliable transportation – must have current/active driver's license and auto insurance.\r\nWorking Conditions\r\nIncumbents must perform work in an efficient, effective, and timely manner with minimal direction. Incumbents are required to participate in assigned physical activities which may include light lifting and sitting for prolonged periods of time.\r\nVision sufficient to read printed documents, computer screens, and observe behavior of others. Typical manufacturing plant conditions, directly working with the Quality management team, the Trigo ADR team, and external customers. Employees may be required to work occasional extended hours and weekend overtime, drive long distances to and from suppliers, and lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.\r\nPay Range\r\n$33.00–$52.00 per hour eligible for overtime.
