Location: Milford, OH 45150 USFlorence, KY 41042 USCompany: Holland RoofingJob Type: Full-Time, Year-RoundPay: Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)About the RoleHolland Roofing is hiring Roofer Helpers to support our Commercial Roofing Production crews. This is a physically demanding, outdoor construction role working on active commercial job sites. Roofer Helpers work as part of a crew building commercial roofs from the ground up.This position is best suited for individuals with construction or labor experience or those who are physically capable and prepared for full-day manual work in changing weather conditions.Work Location & Travel ExpectationsThis role does not report to a fixed location.Employees report directly to assigned job sites, which change as projects are completed.Job sites are located across Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati (OH), Dayton (OH), and Indiana.Reliable personal transportation is required to reach assigned job sites.Out-of-town travel is required at times:Company vehicle providedHotel and meals provided by the companyWeekend work and overtime may be required based on project needs.If you are seeking a job at the same location every day or primarily indoor work, this position may not be the right fit.Physical & Work Requirements (Read Carefully)This is a labor-intensive construction position.
