This is an opportunity to help deliver a highly sophisticated facility that will support next-generation technology and domestic manufacturing initiatives.If you thrive in fast-paced construction environments, enjoy solving complex field challenges, and have experience leading Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes on large industrial or mission-critical projects, we'd like to speak with you.Why This Opportunity?Join a landmark semiconductor manufacturing project with national significanceWork alongside top industry professionals in advanced technology constructionLead major CSA scopes from site development through building completionBe part of a collaborative team delivering one of the most technically demanding construction projects in the marketOpportunity for long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding sectorWhat You'll DoAs the CSA Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading field execution of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural activities while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect daily field operations for sitework, foundations, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, and architectural finishesLead subcontractor coordination and manage multiple trade partners across complex work frontsPartner closely with Project Management, Engineering, MEP, Cleanroom, and Tool Install teams to ensure seamless project executionDrive schedule performance through proactive planning, issue resolution, and recovery strategiesChampion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site safety requirementsMonitor quality and ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standardsConduct daily site walks, field inspections, and subcontractor coordination meetingsManage look-ahead planning and support pull-planning initiativesIdentify constructability concerns and resolve coordination challenges before they impact productionMaintain accurate field documentation, progress reporting, and schedule updatesSupport inspection, testing, turnover, and handoff activities throughout project completionWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications8+ years of construction experience with significant Civil, Structural, and Architectural project responsibilityPrevious experience serving as a Superintendent on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, data center, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or advanced technology projectsStrong understanding of concrete construction, structural steel, building envelope systems, and architectural finishesProven ability to lead subcontractors and manage field operations on fast-track projectsAbility to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BIM modelsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 30 certification or ability to obtainPreferred ExperienceSemiconductor fabrication facility (Fab) construction experienceCleanroom, mission-critical, data center, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing project experienceExperience working within highly controlled environments requiring precision tolerances and strict quality standardsFamiliarity with Lean Construction, Pull Planning, and Last Planner methodologiesExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and related construction management softwareIdeal CandidateYou are a hands-on field leader who excels at coordinating complex scopes, driving schedule performance, and building strong relationships with trade partners.
