You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of significant parts of the platform, influence technical and product decisions, and work alongside a highly ambitious team in a rapidly scaling business.What You'll Be DoingOwning and evolving frontend architecture, including component systems, state management, scalability, and performanceBuilding intuitive dashboards and data-rich applications that make complex financial information easy to understand and act uponDeveloping features from concept through to production deploymentWorking across frontend systems to deliver end-to-end product functionalityCollaborating closely with Product, Design, and Leadership teams to create exceptional user experiences (UX/UI)Optimising application performance, responsiveness, and usabilityEstablishing and maintaining high engineering standards, clean code practices, and scalable architectureTranslating ambiguous requirements into elegant technical solutionsTaking ownership of product quality and proactively identifying opportunities for improvementWhat They're Looking For2+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong expertise with TypeScript and ReactExperience building and maintaining modern web applications in production environmentsAbility to own features end-to-end across the frontendExperience building data-heavy products, dashboards, or complex user interfacesStrong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimisation, and scalabilityA genuine eye for design and user experience (UX/UI), with exceptional attention to detailStartup experience is essentialStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environmentA high-ownership mindset and desire to make a meaningful impactThey are offering a package of $150K – $240K (depending on experience and location), plus equity.
