This role owns execution across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality, cost, and manufacturability targets are met.\nThe Program Manager partners closely with engineering, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to drive programs through ideation, development, NPI, ramp, and sustainment. A strong technical background is essential, enabling the Program Manager to synthesize complex technical data, guide decision‑making, and communicate clear status and risks to executive leadership.
