Preferred to have someone hybrid at one of our PSE offices, but open to remote candidates.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nCore Values: Embrace, uphold, and live out PSE’s core values around People, Problem-Solving, and Progress.\nLead the design and engineering utility-scale PV, energy storage (BESS), and microgrid projects ranging from 5 MW to 100+ MW.\nProvide technical expertise and support in assisting clients in the planning for integrating renewable energy resources.\nDevelop and review engineering construction documents, including drawings, one-lines and equipment specifications.\nperform and oversee electrical system studies such as load flow, short circuit, one-lines and equipment specifications.\nCoordinating project design assignments and design teams locally and with other office locations.\nManage electrical scope for projects of varying size, including scheduling, clients and vendors.\nOccasional travel to projects sites to gather site-specific data as needed.\nWhat You Will Need:\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other related disciplines.\n8+ years experience working in the renewable energy industry.\nPE (Professional Engineer) Licensure or the ability to get one within a year.\nEligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\nKnowledge and Skills\nExperience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, SKM, ETAP, and SEL Relays.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\n\nCompensation:\nSalary Range: $125,262 - $160,742 annually.\nThis salary range reflects the anticipated base pay for candidates with approximately eight to twenty years of relevant experience. Candidates with additional experience will be considered for higher compensation.
