About the Opportunity:The Fintech Program Manager is responsible for leading the design and delivery of technical integrations between the organization’s technology platforms and its direct fintech partners. This role ensures standardized, efficient, and compliant integration processes that enable scalable and secure partnerships, contributing to the expansion and operational excellence of the organization’s financial services.3. Responsibilities:Lead architecture and design of partner integrations with the organization's core platform, APIs, and payment systems.Maintain understanding of internal technology environments and data flows.Facilitate integration discussions between partner teams and internal technology and operations groups.Develop integration designs, data mappings, and documentation balancing partner and compliance needs.Standardize integration patterns, file formats, and delivery mechanisms for partner connections.Create and update onboarding playbooks, technical specifications, and integration checklists.Coordinate connectivity, testing, and validation of partner interfaces.Support integration oversight and reconciliation processes with fintech operations.Continuously enhance integration tools and standards based on program learnings.Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation of partnerships, including planning, testing, and launch readiness.Oversee implementation timelines, dependencies, and testing cycles ensuring compliance.Coordinate third-party risk management and account structuring processes.Support enablement of funds-flow and payment rails in coordination with fintech operations.Support pipeline development of direct partnerships aligned with strategic priorities.Provide technical input during partner evaluation and deal structuring.Maintain ongoing partnership relationships post-launch, identifying integration and growth opportunities.Represent the organization at industry events, including high-risk industry sectors.Travel as needed, approximately 15 to 25 percent.Collaborate with compliance, risk, and BSA teams to ensure regulatory adherence.Advise partners on compliance, operational, and integration expectations.Support development of banking programs for high-risk industries, including cannabis-related businesses.4. Requirements:Experience in solution design and integration architecture with fintech or banking platforms.Strong understanding of APIs, file-based interfaces, and payment systems.Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and integration standards.Experience managing technical onboarding and implementation processes.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to banking partnerships.Ability to manage relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.Willingness to travel up to 25 percent as required.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Anticipated salary range is $100,000 to $120,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.6.
