independentlyStrong meeting facilitation and coordination skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience with SharePoint and electronic recordsDescription:Supports the Transmission & Substation Engineering (T&S Engineering) Grassroots Office Safety Team (GOST) by coordinating safety programs, events, communications, and reporting.Partners with leadership, safety representatives, vendors, and management to plan and execute safety initiatives.Coordinates meetings and events, prepares presentations/reports, records meeting minutes, tracks action items, and monitors safety metrics.Must be organized, proactive, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities while working with diverse stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate safety meetings, communications, presentations, and events.Track action items, deliverables, attendance, and safety metrics.Maintain safety documentation, SharePoint sites, and electronic records.Support safety initiatives, project teams, and employee engagement activities.Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Complete assignments independently with limited guidance.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Safety & Health or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of experience administering safety programs.Ability to perform field visits and provide safety guidance to supervisors and employees.Ability to work comfortably in field environments, including uneven terrain, hills, ladders, scaffolds, underground areas, elevated locations, and bucket truck
