Commercial Electrician Foreman

Job Description :Pay Range: $25 – $35 per hour (Based on Experience)Employment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryThe Commercial Foreman is responsible for leading and overseeing commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards. The Foreman serves as the primary on-site leader, coordinating crews, managing workflow, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead electrical crews on commercial job sitesPlan, coordinate, and execute daily work activities to meet project timelinesInstall, maintain, and oversee commercial electrical systems in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codesRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentsEnsure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company safety policiesCommunicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and team membersMonitor job progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on trackMaintain accurate records of labor, materials, and job progressTrain, mentor, and develop crew membersEnsure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company vehiclesRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in commercial electrical installationsProven experience in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and code requirementsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong communication and team management abilitiesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAdditional RequirementsMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screeningMust maintain a drug-free workplace standardMust be able to lift, climb, and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoors)Benefits Offered:401(k)Health insuranceSupplemental InsurancePaid time offVision insuranceDental insuranceEmployee Care Program
