Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling service appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person, if necessarySchedule service appointments utilizing our service softwareWrite emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriatelyMaintain an organized filing systemDevelop, update, and maintain relevant office proceduresThis role includes miscellaneous duties not listed under this scopeQualifications High school diploma/GED requiredPreferred: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar positionFamiliarity with standard office equipment such as printers and phone systemsExcellent computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
