Typical core hours are 0800 to 1700.\nJob Responsibilities:\nApply industry knowledge and technical abilities to assist customers in management of networks and hardware at sites under the command.\nAdvise on management and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, VoIP telephones, VTC, and INE devices.\nDeveloping high-quality documentation with minimal guidance that is coherent and easy to follow as well as complies with corresponding standard, style guide, and/or directive and meets the customers' and end users' needs.
