**Sponsorship not provided****Open to early career candidates and new college graduates**Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Warren, Michigan Job Type: Full-Time Expected hours per week: 40 hours Schedule: Onsite 6am-3pmPay Range: $38-45 an hour Job Description:The Quality Engineer supports pre-production vehicle builds by identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues on the manufacturing floor. This role works hands on with production, engineering, and quality teams to perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and ensure build issues are prevented long term. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pre-production vehicle builds in Body Shop and General AssemblyInvestigate and resolve build and quality issues on the manufacturing floorPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actionsUse statistical and data-driven methods to identify trends and defectsDocument issues, actions, and outcomes with strong follow throughCollaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams dailyIndependently manage assigned quality issues in a fast-paced environmentRequired Skills / QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Engineering)Foundational automotive or manufacturing knowledge (powertrain or complete vehicle)Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologiesStatistical analysis skills; experience with Minitab Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skillsAbility to work hands on in a 100% onsite manufacturing environmentBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO & 401K
