Fence Installer

This job is for someone with at least one year of fence construction experience that can work with limited supervision. Freedom Fence is hiring for an experienced fence installer. You will be dispatched to jobs with a job binder and work under limited supervision. You may provide leadership to others that are less experienced that are working on the same job site you are. Responsibilities: Come to work on time regularly. Work with a great attitude and high efficiency. Be a problem solver and come with solutions and not only problems. Tear out existing fences. Measure and mark the fence line. Dig post holes and set posts in concrete. Install cedar privacy, chain link, vinyl, woven wire, non-climb horse, and other styles of fencing. Install gates and other accessories. Inspect and repair existing fences. Follow safety protocols when working with power tools and heavy machinery. We are looking for someone with experience who is willing to learn and adapt to our install procedures. Additional productivity based incentives available. Also, you will be paid at a higher rate for prevailing wage government jobs.
