If you are a motivated individual with a passion for construction and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!Daily Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, change orders, and resources Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, procurement, and project documentation Monitor project financial performance and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Conduct regular site visits and coordinate closely with Superintendents Required Skills: 5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction, with demonstrated experience independently managing projects for a General Contractor or Construction Manager Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong knowledge of construction management principles Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Nice to Have Skills: OSHA certification and procurement experience Ability to troubleshoot and ensure quality control Microsoft Project Salary and Benefits: Salary: $90,000-$130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
