Job Description Required Education:• High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Qualifications/Skills/Experience:• Excellent customer service skills• Good PC and Microsoft Office skills• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities• Experience operating office equipment and technical machinery• Ability to perform quality checks on materials• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed• Experience working in fast-paced operational environmentsPreferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:• Experience operating high-volume copy and imaging equipment• Experience with mailroom or document management operations• Experience with bindery and finishing equipment• Experience handling shipping and receiving dutiesSenior On-Site Services Specialist Overview:• The Senior On-Site Services Specialist supports daily operational functions within a high-volume document, mail, and office services environment• This role is responsible for operating duplicating and document imaging equipment, managing digital files, handling incoming and outgoing mail, supporting shipping and receiving functions, and ensuring office equipment operates efficiently• The position also assists with bindery work, quality control, filing, and customer service-related tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards• Additional responsibilities include operating document imaging software, performing maintenance checks on copier equipment, responding to service requests, distributing office supplies and mail, and supporting meeting room setups and facility-related functions• The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment• Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting materials when needed, and occasionally working overtime or weekends based on operational demandsJob Duties:• Operate high-volume copy machines and document imaging systems• Perform binding, finishing, and quality control tasks• Operate document handling and management software• Open, save, transfer, and retrieve digital files using established procedures• Maintain copier functionality and perform daily equipment inspections• Clear paper jams and coordinate service requests with technicians• Maintain supply inventory and management reports• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and fax transmissions• Perform shipping and receiving duties• Deliver completed jobs to designated locations• Maintain service logs and billing records• Support filing, document archiving, and record maintenance• Assist with meeting room setups and facility support tasks• Perform light maintenance and occasional cleaning duties• Operate bindery and finishing equipment including paper cutters, hole drills, stackers, staplers, and shrink-wrap machines• Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status and requests• Perform additional duties as assignedTravel:• May require travel between customer buildingsSpecific Details to Call Attention To:• Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM for the first 30 days• Regular Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM• Position requires standing for the majority of the shift• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required• Candidates will operate cutting and bindery equipment• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
