This position will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day construction progress from permitting to close-out on a variety of project types, including Hotel, Multifamily, General Commercial, and Land Development projects. An ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience as a superintendent in the construction or development industry. The ability to communicate effectively with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Consultants and Management and to provide timely and accurate reporting is critical in this role.
