This role serves as a key liaison with federal, state, regional, and local partners, while managing programs, contracts, and initiatives that address the needs of the aging population.\r\nThe position is responsible for long-range planning, program development, policy recommendations, and oversight of staff and service providers to ensure effective, compliant, and responsive service delivery.\r\nKey Responsibilities Lead planning, development, and implementation of programs supporting older adults\r\nServe as primary liaison with federal, state, regional agencies, and community organizations\r\nRepresent the program to boards, commissions, and public forums; prepare and deliver presentations\r\nDevelop and manage grants, contracts, and service agreements with providers\r\nMonitor program performance and evaluate effectiveness of services and initiatives\r\nConduct research and needs assessments to identify service gaps and emerging community needs\r\nProvide policy recommendations and support strategic planning efforts\r\nOversee program budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting\r\nEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., Older Americans Act)\r\nSupervise and guide program staff, contractors, and volunteers\r\nCoordinate cross-functional efforts with internal departments and external stakeholders\r\nPrepare reports, communications, and materials for leadership and governing bodies\r\nMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field\r\nSignificant experience managing public programs, social services, or aging-related services\r\nStrong knowledge of aging services, community programs, and regulatory requirements\r\nExperience with grants, contracts, and program development\r\nAbility to analyze data and develop policy and program recommendations\r\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills\r\nAbility to manage multiple programs and priorities in a complex environment\r\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement TalentWise LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
