Join us on our journey as we continue to redefine the tile industry.Position OverviewThe Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in delivering a positive experience from first contact through the completion of each interaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a forward thinker.
