This role could lead to a leadership position and future company partnership opportunities.\nWe have an immediate need in the first 90 days that you must be able to do to apply for this critical full time position in our organization:\n\nManage and maintain a production environment consisting of:\n\nTwo Linux web servers (RackSpace) running Apache/PHP-FPM.\nTwo Linux database servers (Master/Replica) running MySQL Enterprise 8.x.\nHarden configurations for:\n\nLoad balancing (HAProxy/Nginx).\nMySQL and Linux server security.\n\nDeploy and optimize Cloudflare Enterprise features:\n\nWAF, bot management, rate limiting, Workers, and Zero Trust.\nImplement centralized logging and alerting:\n\nCloudflare Logpush to ELK/Graylog.\nConduct penetration tests, remediate findings, and document baseline security posture.\n\nDrive major infrastructure initiatives:\n\nDesign and implement a Multi-Data Center Architecture for geographic redundancy.\nIntroduce Anycast routing for fault-tolerant web traffic.\nMigrate from Master/Replica to MySQL Group Replication (MGR) with proxy layer (MySQL Router) for seamless failover.\nAfter the 90 days, you will move to SOC2 compliance and reporting and from there working on standardization across our 10 Linux Servers across data centers and cloud providers. This is a full year of implementation to completion and from there you could move to leadership.
