The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data warehousing, and business intelligence projects, along with proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage data, analytics, and cloud projects/programs from planning through deliveryOversee data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiativesDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metricsManage project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reportingCollaborate with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholdersTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business terms for leadership and stakeholdersUtilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet for project tracking and reportingEnsure proper documentation including project plans, charters, schedules, and lessons learnedIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolutionSupport healthcare data initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards such as FHIR, HL7, and CCDA (if applicable)Required Qualifications10+ years of experience leading technical projects/programs in data, analytics, and cloud environmentsStrong experience with data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousingProven track record managing BI, big data, and analytics projects in enterprise settingsWorking knowledge of SQL and database technologiesStrong leadership and team management skills across cross-functional teams and vendorsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet)Strong documentation and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare industry and knowledge of regulatory/compliance standardsFamiliarity with FHIR, HL7, CCDA standardsPMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certificationExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture, and IT processesExperience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiativesTOGAF or cloud architecture certifications are a plusStrong consulting and stakeholder management skills
