This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to learn & looking for fast growth!\n\nTravel accommodations include:\nPer-diem\nOvernight allowance\nPaid travel time\nProvided company auto\nProvided lodging\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nRemote Fabrication / Travel required (75%) / 2 week rotation\nPerform TIG welding, grinding, blueprint reading and work planning.\nAble to read blueprints and practical knowledge of fabrication.\nDemonstrates strong organizational skills, job planning, and problem solving.\nCut, roll, shape, bend, heat or hammer metal products to fabricate parts or sub-assemblies.\nFinish products by cleaning and polishing them.\nAlter dimensions to fit specifications.\nTroubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.\nMaintain tools and equipment required for the job.\n\nJob Requirements and Qualifications:\n1 year welding experience preferred.\nStrong mechanical skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nExperience with standard metal working equipment (Oxy-acetalene, plasma cutting, iron worker, drill press, press brake, shear, etc.)\nOvertime and flexibility with shift changes.\nAbility to follow company policies and procedures.\nLean experience is a plus.\nFood processing experience a plus.\n\nInstallation/Service Fabrication Tier:\nConstruction Hand/General Laborer\nWelding Apprentice\nWelding Journeyman\nMillwright Apprentice\nMillwright Journeyman\nSupervisor/Foreman\n\nIncentives:\nReyco is a growing company with a lot of opportunity and a great family culture.
