We do not underestimate the power of our employee’s ability to have a uniquely positive impact on the people around us.\nAccurately and efficiently, load trucks for delivery to customers\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nManually load all units and warehouse items onto delivery trucks\nUse a hand-held scanner to locate items and load them onto the trucks.\nMay have to make minor repairs on product if found damaged.\nMove any damaged or non-conforming items from the loading dock to the appropriate area for rework or RTV.\nMay require operation of forklift - training and certification provided.\nConduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards and loading procedures.\nMeet standards for quality as set forth by the company by inspecting product as loaded and following proper loading procedures.\nAssure proper housekeeping and organization on the loading dock, including outside the loading doors.\nStrive to meet team efficiencies without compromising quality of loading accurately.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nCompetency Statement(s)\nActive Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.\nActs with Integrity - Demonstrates responsibility and honest behavior in all roles, tasks and responsibilities.\nBusiness Acumen - Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues.\nCommunicates Effectively - Creates open channels of communication, adapts message to fit the audience, expresses ideas clearly and concisely, keeps others well informed; listens carefully to input and feedback.\nCustomer Driven - Provides outstanding customer service (to both internal and external customers); follows through on responsibilities to customers; leaves all customers satisfied.\nDecision Making - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.\nDelegating Responsibility - Ability to allocate authority and/or task responsibility to appropriate people.\nDrives Results - Demonstrates the ability to get results despite large workload, competing demands and a fast-paced environment; performed all tasks in job description in a highly effective manner, creative and innovative and drives process improvements.\nMotivation - Ability to inspire oneself and others to reach a goal and/or perform to the best of their ability.\nProduct/Job Knowledge - Demonstrates a high level of knowledge of job, products, services and procedures.
