Additionally, the data from these events will be analyzed in order to provide NAWDC SME level insight on aircrew proficiency and TTP effectiveness. This work requires the ability to instruct and evaluate current warfighting skills and TTPs. This work will feed major budgetary decisions that will guide the future of carrier aviation.\n\nEssential Job Functions:\n\nProvide WTI-level instruction in order to support NAWDC.\nProvide analytic support to NAWDC to identify warfighting gaps and provide this data to individual Weapons Schools to aid in future TTP development.\nTraining and Human Performance analysis, assessment, and readiness reporting to NAWDC.\n\nQualifications/Experience\n\nRequired:\nWeapons and Tactics Instructor tour (i.e., Weapons School and/or Training Officer)\nBA/BS Degree required from an accredited college or university\nStrong Organizational and Project Management skills\nCurrent Secret security clearance (or higher); eligibility for Top Secret\nAbility to obtain SAP level clearances within 6 months of hire\nDesired:\nPrevious Tour at NAWDC or USAF Weapons School\nCurrent Top Secret Clearance\n\nOther:\nPriority will be given to applicants with the most recent and relevant tactical instructing experience.\n\n2 Circle, Inc is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
