Modernizing goes beyond typical maintenance, upgrades, and patches but it does not include developing new systems.\nMaster scheduler for FRMS, an active program with systems in multiple phases of the software lifecycle\nMaster scheduler for AFM, a pre-milestone A program\nCollaborate with program stakeholders to identify schedule milestones and dependencies.\nPerform holistic analysis across FRMS-related contracts and organizations to identify cost, schedule and performance requirements, creating and maintaining FRMS Program/AFM project schedules (i.e. roadmaps).\nWhat you will need\nTwelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.\nIn lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DA WIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.\nFamiliarity with Plan-It is preferred.
