Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to understand and follow instructions in both languages, verbal and written.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nSetup, operate, and perform maintenance task of various production printer equipment\r\nRead, interpret, and understand work instructions and gather materials needed\r\nCheck machine before setup to ensure the integrity of the machine and ability to produce a high-quality product\r\nOperation and maintenance of printing equipment including Screenprint, D4 Digital Four Color, H4 Heat Transfer, Foil, Laser X, and Laser360.\r\nAdhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely\r\nQualifications & Skills\r\nPrevious experience in a printing role, preferably with knowledge of the printing techniques mentioned.\r\nMust be Bilingual (English/Spanish).\r\nMust be able to follow instructions in English/Spanish, verbal and written.\r\nMust have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\r\nPhysical ability to handle printing equipment and materials.\r\nEmployment Type & Compensation\r\nFull-Time | Temp-to-Hire position\r\nCompensation: $16.50 per hour\r\nApplication Period: This position will remain open until filled\r\nWork Schedule\r\nMonday – Friday | 7:00 Am – 3:30 PM | OT as needed\r\nBenefits\r\nPaid Holidays\r\nMedical, Dental, Vision insurance\r\nBereavement Leave\r\nRetirement, 401(k)\r\nPersonal Advancement\r\nEmployer Information\r\nThis position is being recruited by NCW on behalf of a client company.
