You will learn about how Amazon Search results are generated and rendered. This role requires strong problem solving skills to identify and develop automated solutions to key issues.\n\nKey job responsibilities\n\nDesign and develop new tools to solve emerging problems.\nMaintain and improve existing self-service issue resolution tooling.\nContinuously identify the areas for improvement of self-service by evaluating ticket metrics and logs.\nCollaborate with Technical Program Managers and development team members to troubleshoot complex features.\nCoordinate root cause analysis and defect resolution with the team and key stakeholders.\nIdentify search service changes and make independent decisions based on the available information.\nFollow standard operational procedures (SOPs) to resolve emergent issues and escalate to internal search teams.
