Job Title: Technical Support Location: Indianapolis, INDuration: Long Term ContractJob Description:Our Client is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide first-level technical support for its enterprise PeopleSoft (TeamWorks) ERP system, including modules related to Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and State Travel & Expense (Concur). This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely support for State of Georgia employees and maintaining the integrity of enterprise operations.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via phone (Platform28) and service request tickets (Oracle CRM).Provide timely, accurate, and courteous support for PeopleSoft HCM and Financials modules, ESS, and Concur State Travel systems.Log, monitor, and resolve or escalate service requests per internal protocols (Tier 1 triage, Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation).Input and update employee data across PeopleSoft modules and support travel and expense reporting via the Concur system.Review, analyze, and respond to customer-submitted documentation and inquiries using Oracle CRM.Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with customers.Follow internal documentation, policies, and procedures to support continuous service improvement.Additional Information:All necessary equipment and access credentials will be provided by Client.This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work independently while following established guidelines.Candidates must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Thanks
