You’ll help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance.\n\nYou’re good at:\n\nLeading a team of employees/management\n\nRecruiting, interviewing, and hiring\n\nDelegation and follow-up\n\nTeaching and motivating others\n\nPlanning and organizing\n\nCommunicating your plans and ideas\n\nCash-handling and bookkeeping\n\nProblem solving\n\nAdvocating and empathizing\n\nSafety and Security\n\nGreat if you have:\n\nRetail experience\n\nSupervisor or management experience\n\nRecruiting/hiring/interviewing skills\n\nExperience handling food\n\nHigh School/College Degree(s)\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAbility to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours\n\nLift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift\n\nOccasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level\n\nPush/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds\n\nBend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift\n\nGrasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands.
