This individual will support both new product development initiatives and existing product qualification efforts while ensuring technical requirements, schedules, and customer expectations are met.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals, project coordination skills, and excellent communication abilities to successfully manage technical relationships and drive projects to completion.\nKey Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical interface between customers, sales teams, and engineering groups.\nCoordinate and communicate technical requirements, project status, and deliverables.\nGather, organize, and present technical information to support customer requirements and program objectives.\nSupport proposal reviews and assess technical compliance with customer specifications.\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with requirements.\nProvide product-level technical expertise regarding functionality, capabilities, and qualification status.\nSupport new product development programs and ongoing product improvement efforts.\nProtect and manage sensitive technical and intellectual property information.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and customer-facing personnel.\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum of 2 years of engineering experience in a technical product environment.\nStrong project or program management capabilities.\nUnderstanding of electrical and electromechanical systems.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications Experience supporting regulated or highly technical industries.\nFamiliarity with product qualification, certification, or compliance activities.\nKnowledge of environmental, electrical, software, or hardware qualification standards.\nExperience interfacing directly with customers and cross-functional engineering teams.\nBackground supporting complex technical products from concept through deployment.\nFull-time onsite position.\nLocated in Wichita, Kansas.\nRelocation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates.\nNo remote or hybrid work options available.\nStrong electrical engineering knowledge is highly preferred.\nCandidate must be comfortable in a customer-facing technical role.\nCommunication skills are critical.\nMust be willing to relocate to Wichita and work onsite.\nAerospace, avionics, electronics, electromechanical systems, power systems, and related engineering backgrounds are all worth exploring.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr","company":"H.T.
