You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, contributing to projects that drive operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.\nS3 Technologies is growing, and there will be opportunities for you to expand your skill set and make meaningful contributions to our business trajectory.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.\nPrepare accurate and timely financial statements and provide insights for decision-making.\nCollaborate with internal and external parties to develop, audit, and deliver insightful financial reports.\nAnalyze costs and expenses, working with department heads to implement process improvements and automation.\nEnsure compliance with accounting principles, industry regulations, and tax laws.\nCoordinate annual financial audits and liaise with auditors.\nOversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and forecasting.\nDevelop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.\nHelp drive automation efforts to streamline accounting processes.\nImplement financial controls to safeguard company assets.\nExperience:\nA Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).\n4+ years of accounting or finance experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles.\nAbility to create financial reports and guiding business verticals on how to leverage these insights.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.\nProficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and financial analysis tools.\nExperience with account reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation\nFamiliarity with financial analysis techniques and tools\nKnowledge of payroll processing and related regulations\nA detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.\nIf you’re looking to make an impact at a cutting-edge technology company where work-life balance is more than just a saying, we encourage you to apply today.
