Our instructors don't just supervise activities—they mentor future engineers, programmers, inventors, and creators.\nIf you've ever wanted a job where building robots, 3D printing, coding, designing, and experimenting are all part of your workday, keep reading.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs a Guild Hall Summer Instructor, you'll:\nLead hands-on STEM, engineering, coding, robotics, game development, and maker projects.\nGuide students through exciting challenges and creative problem-solving activities.\nHelp campers design, build, test, fail, iterate, and ultimately succeed.\nFoster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.\nEncourage curiosity, creativity, teamwork, and confidence.\nCollaborate with fellow instructors to deliver exceptional camp experiences.\nBecome a role model who inspires students to discover what they're capable of.\nEvery week is different. Every project is unique. Every camper brings new ideas and challenges.\nYou'll spend your days helping students debug code, troubleshoot robots, settle disputes, answer endless questions, adapt on the fly, and maintain the energy needed to keep a room full of excited young makers engaged.\nBut you'll also witness incredible moments:\nA student successfully programs their first game.\nA robot finally works after countless iterations.\nA shy camper discovers confidence through engineering.\nA future creator realizes what they're capable of.\nIt's challenging, rewarding, and often the most meaningful work you'll do all summer.\nWe're Looking For People Who...\nLove working with children and teens.\nHave a passion for STEM, technology, engineering, coding, robotics, design, or making.\nAre enthusiastic, positive, and patient.\nEnjoy solving problems and learning new things.\nCan manage a classroom while keeping students engaged and motivated.\nAre comfortable leading groups and speaking confidently.\nCan think on their feet when projects don't go as planned.\nNo teaching degree required.
