This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $109,240 – $144,197 annuallyResponsibilities Serve as the primary hands-on Workday HCM configuration resource Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend Workday configurations Configure Workday HCM modules to support business and compliance needs Support solution design sessions by identifying configuration options and implications Partner in testing activities across unit, integration, and user acceptance testing Document configuration decisions and technical considerations for auditability Troubleshoot issues and mentor incoming Workday analysts throughout implementationQualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business or related field preferred; equivalent Workday configuration experience may be substituted Required hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience across multiple modules Ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday configuration solutions Experience in supporting Workday implementations from design to launch Strong technical aptitude for evaluating dependencies and troubleshooting issues Ability to train and mentor incoming Workday analysts Collaborative working style with effective partnership skills across teamsBenefits Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays, and 6 sick days 401K savings + match Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus Additional benefits offeredOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
