This role focuses on identifying process inefficiencies, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize performance.\r\nJob DescriptionLead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.\r\nIdentify areas of inefficiency and recommend solutions to streamline processes.\r\nConduct root cause analysis to determine the source of issues and implement corrective actions.\r\nCollect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.\r\nDevelop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.\r\nProvide training and support to teams to ensure successful implementation of improvements.\r\nTroubleshoot machine losses and recommend improvements.\r\nAll other duties as assigned.\r\nQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.\r\n5+ years of experience in continuous improvement and/or process improvement roles.\r\nCertified Lean &/or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.\r\nExperience in a manufacturing or production environment.\r\nProficiency in data analysis and statistical software\r\nStrong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams.\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.\r\nExcellent analytical skills and ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.\r\nProven track record of successful process improvement initiatives\r\nAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teams\r\nExperience with process mapping and value stream mapping\r\nKnowledge of Kaizen; including Standard Work, 5S, SMED, SPC, etc.\r\nAdvanced problem-solving skills\r\nAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\r\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
