State Licensed Underwriting Manager

A company is looking for a Regional Underwriting Manager (Agency) to oversee underwriting operations and support the underwriting team. Key Responsibilities:Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to Underwriters on processes and guidelines Manage loan pipelines to ensure compliance with service level agreements Conduct reviews and provide feedback on Underwriter performance and training needsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience DE, SAR, and LAPP certifications are required; USDA experience is a plus 5+ years of Mortgage Underwriting experience with agency guidelines knowledge 5+ years of underwriting supervisory experience Experience with Encompass LOS and knowledge of ATR/QM requirements
