Responsibilities... - Following verbal & written instructions in order to maintain drink quality and consistency. - Complying consistently with standard portion sizes. - Maintaining a clean and organize work stations. - Restocking teas, toppings, utensils and other needed items. - Prepping ingredients as needed. - Assisting other team members as needed. - Opening and closing duties including: cooking boba, prepping, restocking, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash. - Adhere to food and safety guidelines. *****Fast-paced working environment on Fridays to Sundays, sometimes on Thursday.****** Job Type: Full-time/Part Time Kitchen Pay: $18.20 - $19.50 per hour Benefits: Tips Health insurance (Full time) Dental insurance (Full time) 401K (Full time) Employee discount Shift: 8 + hour shift Day shift Normally work time between 9:00am to 6:00pm Weekly day range: Every weekend Monday to Friday Weekend availability COVID-19 considerations: - All customers are required to wear a mask. - All employees are required to wear a mask and gloves. - Vaccination requirements. - Any touchable surfaces are sanitized regularly.
