Learn more at syncari.com.\r\nThe Opportunity\r\nWe are seeking a customer-facing Sales Engineer with deep expertise in data platforms, MDM, or enterprise integration architecture.\r\nYou will partner closely with Account Executives to support complex enterprise sales cycles by leading technical discovery, architecting enterprise-grade solutions, delivering compelling demos, and executing structured Proofs of Concept (POCs).\r\nThis role engages Ops, IT, Data Engineering, Security, and executive stakeholders to validate Syncari's ability to operate within sophisticated, multi-system enterprise environments.\r\nIf you enjoy whiteboarding data architecture, solving governance challenges, and translating complexity into business value, this role is built for you.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nServe as the primary technical advisor for enterprise prospects evaluating data unification, governance, and MDM solutions.\r\nLead deep discovery sessions across Revenue Operations, IT, Data Engineering, and Security teams.\r\nArchitect scalable, secure, enterprise-grade data solutions across complex system landscapes.\r\nDeliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to real-world enterprise use cases.\r\nDesign and execute structured POCs, including:\r\nMaster data modeling and schema alignment\r\nGolden record configuration and identity resolution\r\nData normalization and transformation workflows\r\nMulti-system integration across CRM, marketing, support, and warehouse platforms\r\nSupport architecture reviews, security diligence, RFPs, and technical validation processes.\r\nPresent to both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.\r\nProvide product feedback to Engineering based on enterprise requirements.\r\nEnsure clean technical handoff to Customer Success and Implementation teams.\r\nTravel Expectations\r\nTravel up to 20–30% , primarily for:\r\nOn-site discovery workshops and architecture sessions\r\nExecutive presentations\r\nStrategic POC kickoffs\r\nIndustry and customer events\r\nTravel may increase temporarily for high-value enterprise opportunities.\r\nPrimarily domestic U.S. travel.\r\nWhat You Bring\r\n4+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Data Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS.\r\nExperience supporting enterprise sales cycles (6–12+ months, multi-stakeholder).\r\nDirect experience with\r\nMaster Data Management (MDM) platforms\r\nData integration/iPaaS solutions\r\nData governance or data quality systems\r\nEnterprise data platforms (CDP, ETL/ELT, Data Warehouse, Data Lake)\r\nStrong understanding of various master data domains (Vendor, Contact, Product, Customer, Location, etc.) and golden record strategy.\r\nExperience with enterprise ecosystems such as Salesforce Enterprise, Azure, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.\r\nExperience in Technical or Engineering Consulting preferred.\r\nWorking knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Authentication styles, and modern integration patterns.\r\nFamiliarity with enterprise security and governance frameworks (RBAC, SSO, SOC 2, audit logging).\r\nFamiliarity with modern AI architectures and LLM tools.\r\nSQL proficiency;
