Location: Beltsville/Konterra, MD Type: Full/Part Time Min. This new position, located at our Beltsville/Konterra, MD headquarters will primarily focus on engineering staff recruitment, but will also include a variety of other HR duties according to the skills and experience of the applicant. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the incumbent HR Manager. Expected duties include:Preparation and management of online job postings and responsesResume screening and coordination with internal customersScheduling and coordination of candidate interviewsPreparation of hiring documentation and participation in new hire on-boardingPreparation of recruitment status reportsHandling employees’ HR questions and requests for assistanceParticipating in the preparation of Federal and State labor reports required for HR complianceEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree Experience in recruitment or other HR functionsExperience with software supporting HR functions; Deltek CostPoint ERP system knowledge is a plusPrior experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment experience in the Federal Government environment is a plusWorking knowledge of the HR legal landscape is desirableSKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:Clear, precise, and professional oral and written communicatorAttention to detail and confidentiality in all interactionsAbility to familiarize oneself quickly with the technical terms relevant to our businessMaintain a professional appearanceOTHER REQUIREMENTS:US citizenship is requiredAbility to pass a basic employment background checkPowered by JazzHRNfZWsuLhOy
