We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments and are passionate about delivering quality results on every project.\n\nDuties\n\nOperate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and water trucks to perform excavation, grading, and utility work with precision and safety.\nConduct routine maintenance and inspections on construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.\nAssist with construction utility work by locating underground utilities accurately to prevent damage during excavation activities.\nFollow federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.\nSupport construction site activities by performing tasks related to site preparation, grading, and utility installation under supervision.\nMaintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and safety inspections for accountability and compliance.\nCollaborate with team members to coordinate the safe and efficient operation of all heavy machinery on-site.\nMust have experience with D6 Dozer, 84” Padfoot compactor, Wheel loader and water truck.\nMUST HAVE HAZWOPER40!!!\n\nSkills\n\nProven experience operating construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and water trucks in diverse environments.\nStrong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on heavy equipment.\nAbility to perform construction utility work including utility locating with specialized tools.\nKnowledge of federal construction safety regulations and adherence to all safety protocols during operation.\nSkilled in construction grading techniques to ensure proper site elevation and drainage.\nValid commercial truck driving license with experience in commercial driving is preferred.\nFamiliarity with excavation procedures, construction site experience, and utility work enhances your effectiveness on the job.\nExcellent understanding of equipment safety procedures combined with a proactive approach to hazard prevention.\n\nEmbrace this opportunity to operate essential construction machinery while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
