These projects are jurisdictional to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and subject to Pipeline Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulations under 49 CFR Part 192 (natural gas) and 195 (pipeline liquids). Facilities may include pipeline compressor stations, meter stations, processing facilities, liquid pump stations and meter stations or storage facilities for both gas and liquids.\r\nThe individual will be expected to work with various teams internal and external personnel to execute the project within specified budget and schedule constraints including monthly cost and schedule forecasting updates within the company. They must also be able to provide oversight of key functions including right-of-way acquisition, construction management, and contract conformance and be able to accurately report progress and concerns during regular project updates. This person should be self-motivated and possess good organization and people skills to manage multiple projects across the pipeline system.\r\nRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience\r\n5 years of engineering experience in relevant industries.\r\nExperience with development or review of facility P&IDs.\r\nGood organization, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, contractors, agency personnel, and the public.\r\nAbility to travel for a period of 3-5 days for project related activities.\r\nValid driver's license and clean driving record.\r\nPreferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience\r\n0-3 years of Project Management experience at an midstream operating company.\r\n0-5 years of engineering experience.\r\nContract execution and conformance experience.\r\nExperience preparing and managing project scopes, budgets, forecasts, schedules, and contracts.\r\nExperience with the design and planning of natural gas or pipeline liquids related facilities and equipment.\r\nExperience with FERC and PHMSA or other federal permitting processes.\r\nExperience managing environmental permitting for linear infrastructure under NEPA, USACE, USFWS, and state agencies.\r\nExperience with public relations and ability to represent the company in public meetings, landowner discussions, and agency consultations.\r\nRequired Education\r\nBachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.\r\nPreferred Education\r\nPE, PMP.\r\nBoardwalk Pipelines, LP, maintains a drug-free workplace and will require pre-employment drug & substance abuse testing before hire.\r\nBoardwalk Pipelines, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
