Then you’re the kind of person we’d love to hire.\n\nPlease note you MUST hold a High School Diploma or GED to apply.\nAvailability for weekends and closing shifts is preferred.\n\nEssential Duties:\nDuring assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.\nMaintain inventory levels in amusement games.\nMaintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.\nRespond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.\nAnswers phone calls for all general inquiries.\nPerforms special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.\n\nNon-Essential Duties:\nConducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.\nConducts lost and found procedures according to company policies.\nSeeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.\nComplies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.\nResponsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma or GED.\nMinimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.\n\nWork Environment:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually loud.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.\nThe employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.\nLifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.\n\nBenefits:\n1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week.\n90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).\n1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.\n50% discount on food items per working shift.\n1 complimentary beverage per working shift.\n\nThe above job description identifies the essential job functions and skills needed by the person or persons assigned to this position.
