Serving 75+ communities across 9 states, we are motivated to grow so we can serve more clients and close the significant supply gap that currently exists across the United States.What You'll DoWork directly under the Human Resources Generalist to provide high-quality internal customer service for ACES Clinical Staff.Collaborate with Human Resources staff to assist in administration of various departmental procedures.Process daily HR functions (i.e. onboarding, offboarding, workers compensation, leaves, accommodations, etc.) for assigned regionsAssists in completing projects involving progressive discipline, employee file audits, etc.Data entry and proficiency with current HR information systemsAudits and ensures complete and accurate HR department recordsAssists in gathering required employee documents and ensures records are up to dateSchedule employees for required medical and training requirementsQualificationsWhat We're Looking For: Administrative professional with 1+ years HR experienceExperience and knowledge of California Law is required Efficient self-starter with superb organizational skills and impeccable work ethic; must thrive in a past-faced environmentProfessional and friendly communicator, can listen well and ask the right questionsTech-savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft OfficeFlexible multi-tasker who can find the needle in the haystack, even if they weren't told to look for itBachelors Degree in an applicable field is preferred What You’ll LoveWorking in a casual, fun and supportive work environmentEarning a competitive salary, with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and 401k benefitsPaid sick time and holidaysOpportunities for career growth and development ... we love to promote from within!Physical Requirements Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 15 pounds Ability to sit for long periods of time (up to 3 hours at a time) during the scheduled workdayAdditional InformationACES is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
