US Citizenship Required. The company is seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer located in Berkeley, MO. Positions are 100% on-site.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\n\nAssists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements.\n\nDevelops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.\n\nPerforms system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.\n\nSupports fabrication technicians and suppliers’ questions during build and fabrication process.\n\nSupports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.\n\nSupports hands‑on troubleshooting of test racks.\n\nPerforms acceptance test procedures to demonstrate conformance to design and document results.\n\nDevelops and maintains scripts used to run test functions using C and C++.\n\nResearches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.\n\nThis position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.\n\nAn interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.\n\nRequirements\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\n\nBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.\n\n2+ years of work‑related experience with a Bachelors OR Masters Degree.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\n\nStrong problem‑solving and debugging skills.\n\nExperience with laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong foundation in C, C++, and python.\n\nSiemens Capital Experience.\n\nCTS Pays For Referrals!
