Shipping & Receiving / General Laborer
Are you a reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a proactive Shipping & Receiving / General Laborer to join our aerospace CNC manufacturing team. If you are someone who takes pride in ownership of your workspace, works well independently, and is always ready to jump in where needed, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you aren’t just moving boxes—you are the final checkpoint for high-precision aerospace components. Your day-to-day will involve:
Logistics Management: Handling incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods with strict attention to detail.
Quality Protection: Ensuring all parts are cleaned, deburred (as needed), and packaged securely to meet aerospace standards.
Facility Support: Maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient shop floor.
Cross-Functional Help: Stepping in to support CNC operators or assembly teams during peak production times.
Who You Are
Reliable: You show up on time and ready to go; the team can count on you.
Independent: Once you know the ropes, you don’t need a shadow. You see what needs to be done and you do it.
Adaptable: You enjoy a variety of tasks and don’t mind switching gears to help the shop succeed.
Detail-Oriented: You understand that in aerospace, the "little things" (like part numbers and paperwork) matter most.
