What You’ll Do In this role, you aren’t just moving boxes—you are the final checkpoint for high-precision aerospace components. Your day-to-day will involve: Logistics Management: Handling incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods with strict attention to detail. Quality Protection: Ensuring all parts are cleaned, deburred (as needed), and packaged securely to meet aerospace standards. Facility Support: Maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient shop floor. Cross-Functional Help: Stepping in to support CNC operators or assembly teams during peak production times. Who You Are Reliable: You show up on time and ready to go; the team can count on you. Independent: Once you know the ropes, you don’t need a shadow. You see what needs to be done and you do it. Adaptable: You enjoy a variety of tasks and don’t mind switching gears to help the shop succeed. Detail-Oriented: You understand that in aerospace, the "little things" (like part numbers and paperwork) matter most.
