Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips.\nRole Responsibilities\nComprehensively understand and present cocktail and food menus\nPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests\nProfessionally interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks\nAssess guests’ needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations\nMix ingredients to prepare cocktails\nPlan and present all bar menus\nCheck guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age\nProvide accurate bills and process payments\nRestock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed\nPerform opening and closing duties as needed\nStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience\nComply with all food and beverage regulations\nComply with all COVID restrictions and regulations\nRole Requirements\nAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean\nExperience working in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks\nPositive attitude and excellent communication skills\nCustomer service experience preferred\nComputer literacy\nWho We Are\nDewey’s Jazz Lounge was created from a true love of jazz music, passion for exceptional food & drink, and a desire to unite community members.
