Responsible for communicating organizational needs, overseeing employees' performance, providing guidance and support, identifying development needs, and managing the reciprocal relationship between the staff and the organization so that all are successful.\nResponsibilities\nManage the activities of the hourly/bargaining unit employees to meet quality and productivity targets.\nTrain and develop employees, evaluate employee performance, and provide constructive feedback.\nPrepare and maintain employee records and other documentation, timekeeping records, and production records.\nCoordinate model changeovers, ensure products are manufactured according to the bill of materials and work instructions, and backflush daily to ensure parts transform into finished goods.\nMaintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and adhering to applicable regulations.\nManage the hourly workforce in compliance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).\nOther duties as assigned.\nPosition Requirements\nHigh school diploma required.
