What You’ll Do
Assist senior construction management with oversight of ongoing projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and jobsite schedules.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing professional updates.
Track budgets, timelines, and change orders, keeping documentation organized.
Visit jobsites frequently to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specs.
Support daily project reviews and reporting requirements.
Anticipate project challenges, identify solutions, and ensure milestones are met.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in residential construction, project support, or site coordination preferred.
Solid knowledge of construction phases, building materials, and scheduling practices.
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Valid driver’s license required; this position involves regular site travel.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
8–10 hour shifts
Weekend availability may occasionally be required depending on project needs
Location
Based in New Brunswick, NJ, with frequent travel to jobsites throughout Central New Jersey.
Applicants must be able to commute and work onsite.
